Year 11 - 12 Curriculum

The Senior Courses

For Years 11 and 12 there is a wide range of subjects offered at Padua. Some of these have a Vocational Education emphasis (Authority-registered subjects), while others (Authority Subjects) contribute to eligibility for an Overall Position Score (OP), required for tertiary entrance. Students who take five or more Authority Subjects would be eligible for a OP. The subjects with Vocational Education emphasis provide students with opportunities to achieve competency in various accredited VETEC (Vocational) Modules. Students who complete sufficient of those modules in particual courses could qualify for Vocational Certificates, which are recognised nationally in qualifications frameworks
